Everyone is always making an impact, this can be their first day on the job to meeting potential clients/customers for the first time – you are always making an impact but it is the right impact that you want to show? Remember first impressions count and if it is not positive then this can leave a lasting negative impression. People don’t remember what you did or what your credentials are, they always remember about how you made them feel, what you did to leave them feeling positive with a lasting expression to remember you.  This personalised, interactive and highly engaging workshop will look at how to create a positive lasting impression and leave someone with a positive impact effect.

Learning Objectives 

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Know the importance of having a positive impact at work
• Use psychological techniques towards showing positivity
• Build trust with colleagues
• Be their authentic self and be more self-aware
• Win their ideas through a positive effect and get buy-in from colleagues
• Make a lasting impression for their ideas to be heard and leave with an impact
• Create an action plan to nudge positivity to their surroundings at work 

Pre-course preparation

• Participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire outlining their strengths and weaknesses, prior training and what they would like to get out of the course.

• Prepare a 10-minute presentation about yourself how you would like to create a positive impact at work.
