Neurodiversity at Work for Managers

Neurodiversity at Work for Managers

Neurodiversity is a concept where neurological differences are recognised and respected as any other human difference. These differences can include those with Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyscalculia, Autistic Spectrum, Tourette Syndrome, Stammering and others. These are spectrum conditions, with a wide range of characteristics, but share common features of how people learn and process information. This highly informative, practical and engaging workshop looks at the range neurological disorders in the workplace, taking great length focusing on individuality of the disorders and what managers should be doing to make adjustments and how to effectively get the best of the individuality of their employee’s neurological condition.
