Mindfulness at Work
We all get distracted at times and feel we are not productive in completing our work tasks, sometimes all we need is a little breathing space to relax and reenergise are thoughts to focus on the task in hand. Becoming aware of what’s going on around you can make an enormous difference, because we spend so much time wrapped up in our thoughts that we lose contact with the real world. That’s especially the case if you’re constantly bombarded by emails, meetings and heavy workload. This workshop will use the concept of mindfulness and bring it to play at work and how to adapt mindfulness techniques into your working day to being calm and productive.
