Managing Change - The Right Way
There is constant change always happening and businesses need to change to keep ahead of the competition, take advantage of the rapid development of technology and meet customers’ expectations. This can at times be very challenging to keep up with and get buy-in from employees and stakeholders. Managers need to understand and adapt to the current situation if they are to effect change the right way. This interactive, practical and engaging course provides managers with essential knowledge and skills they need to manage change effectively the right way. The workshop will look at providing strategies and tools to implement change in ways that get support from employees and gets buy-in from stakeholders.
Pre-course preparation
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

- Use practical change management tools to successfully implement change
- Realise the impact of change onto others and look from their point of view
- Deal with readiness and resistance to change
- Map out and handle difficult conversations
- Give positive and negative feedback successfully
- Handle their own emotional state
- Successfully get buy in from employees and stakeholders
- Clearly communicate their vision and idea for a successful future
- Create an action plan to set targets in implementing change
Learning Objectives
- Participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire outlining their strengths and weaknesses, prior training and what they would like to get out of the course.
