  • Deal with readiness and resistance to change
  • Map out and handle difficult conversations
  • Give positive and negative feedback successfully
  • Handle their own emotional state
  • Successfully get buy in from employees and stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate their vision and idea for a successful future
  • Create an action plan to set targets in implementing change


 



 


Learning Objectives 


  • Participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire outlining their strengths and weaknesses, prior training and what they would like to get out of the course.
