  • Know what makes teams successful and have a plan to achieve this with their team
  • Have increased confidence in the ability to make and communicate decisions effectively

   



 


Pre-course preparation


  • Participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire outlining their strengths and weaknesses, prior training and what they would like to get out of the course.
