Communicating effectively is essential in today’s competitive global business environment. Whether you’re talking to prospective clients, colleagues or to senior C-Level managers, effective cross communication skills are required for success.  This interactive, personalised workshop will help delegates to build confidence to clearly communicate and convey their message across using pragmatic communication tools. They will become confident to speaking at all levels to understanding other people’s perspective. Uniquely, they will learn to listen and read between the lines, how to paraphrase and get other people to understand them.

Pre-course preparation


  • Participants to complete a pre-course questionnaire outlining their strengths and weaknesses, prior training and what they would like to get out of the course.
  • Prepare a 5-minute presentation on a topic related to work.
